What a fantastic day, amazing weather for April in the UK.

We went down to the beach at Rock for a morning walk with our Labrador 'Ella' then returned armed with a selection of Sunday papers to while away the day. Spent the rest of the day playing badminton in the garden, reading the papers with the family, having a long lazy lunch then preparing the BBQ for a sunset meal with the family.

If the weather continues tomorrow then we'll head out to either Bedruthan Steps, Watergate Bay or even to Crantock near Newquay to explore the coast, we all love headeing out to the beaches and walking our dog.

RockHaven Intro

Welcome to Rockhaven, so named because it is located only a couple of miles from the village and beach of Rock on the North Cornish coast and Haven simply because it is a wonderful peaceful haven that we enjoy as a family as often as we can away from the rat race in such a beautiful and glorious location!

The property is a family owned luxury self catering Cornish holiday cottage with all the modern amenities such as a fast Wi-Fi broadband connection, two separate Sky TV signals to allow different channels in different rooms, two en-suite master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom, separate shower room, kitchen diner which leads onto an expansive decking area, sliding glass doors from the living room onto the decking and a separate upstairs living room.

The property is located close to the village and beach of Rock on the North Cornwall coast within the Camel Estuary and opposite Padstow with its Rick Stein restaurants and hotel. The house is in an ideal location with four excellent golf courses within a radius of 15 miles, the surfing beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Newquay, the Camel Trail, coastal footpath and of course the world renowned Eden Project.
